Account Managment Services (AMS) offers our customers a direct web-based interface to the CIT core database system. Authorized customer contacts may access current order status, onsite/offsite trouble ticket history, and multi-site service status, all in real-time. By maintaining detailed records of past work tickets, ordering information, and network information, we eliminate the time-consuming administrative work for you. Instead of trying to find the source on outdated paperwork, you can log on to our web site, where all the information is centrally stored and updated constantly. Access to this web site is secure and limited to the contacts that you designate in your company. At this web site, you view the real-time information on current work tickets and ordered products in transit. Also in this site are all past work tickets ordered by date worked, and past products that were ordered from CIT. All Billing reports and invoices are also displayed on the site at the close of each billing period. All recommendations and suggestions CIT has made in regards to your network will be stored on the site. From this site, you also have the ability to dispatch a technician from CIT to perform work, generate a request for bid on a product or for future service.
