We offer our customers real-time access to a database containing all the work done to their systems, complete with to-the-minute details of work completed, and the steps taken to the resolution of each problem.

Our structured closed-loop Total Quality Management (TQM) system permits us to identify problems that are repetitive and/or related to one another. This enables a proactive approach to trouble management and problem resolution by fixing the source of the problem, not just the symptoms. Through the use of automated trouble management systems and an ISO-9002 modeled work management system we are able to provide our customers extremely short trouble response times and a greatly streamlined work dispatch process.

This detailed record-keeping process allows us, over time, to best track and identify problems that our customers experiences with their information systems, and more importantly, allows us to provide proactive solutions that will reduce or eliminate the problems that are costing our customers the most money.
