This role is an integral piece to our infrastructure design and implementation team, working with advanced networking technologies and VMWare vSphere, and Horizon View. This position also acts as an escalation point for our support team in the ongoing maintenance of our client’s network, server and software systems. Exceptional written and oral communication required.

This position is on the front lines supporting our customers. Helping end-users daily through their technology challenges. Our Service Desk supports end users around the world from CorpInfoTech’s world headquarters in Charlotte, NC. This position not only assists end-users but also identifies ways to improve our client’s environments through proactive methods.
