Corporate Information Technologies CTO & Owner Lawrence Cruciana is bringing small business cyber security needs to the national stage working to influence the accessibility and availability of free and low cost resources to further secure critical small business infrastructure.
On Thursday, June 11th Cruciana will be testifying before Congress to establish basic needs for small business cybersecurity.
The hearings this week are with individual subcommittees. The subcommittee’s have to agree on what components of legislation both from a funding and needs perspective move toward the house.
The conversations will not be televised but will be reflected in the congressional register. There is no decisions that will come out of this week’s activity but that will come later with very likely more testimony in front of commerce or a select committee on national cyber security priorities.
